12 days ago on Friday 29th August 2025, the West Ham United Fan Advisory Board (FAB) wrote to the shareholding Board Directors, Messrs Sullivan, Kretinsky, Smith and Ms Gold, to issue a “vote of no confidence” in the executive board director’s management of our club.

It is with regret that we feel we need to write to you on behalf of the 25,000 or more dedicated West Ham United supporters that we, the FAB members directly represent. We now have no choice but to issue a "vote of no confidence" in relation to the Board’s management of the club.

On 13 August 2025, West Ham United held the first Fan Advisory Board (FAB) meeting of the 2025/26 season.

The supporter groups on the West Ham United’s Fan Advisory Board (FAB) agree that there should be ID verification in order for the concessionary policy to be fair to all supporters. However, the rollout of the identity verification for concessionary season ticket holders was launched without any consultation at all with the supporter group members on the FAB.
