Her time at the Club will not be judged by corporate messaging, but by the lived experience of supporters. On that measure, her legacy is deeply damaging.

WHUST has always believed West Ham needed a full-time chief executive who is not distracted by other jobs and responsibilities. Baroness Brady had several important and time-consuming roles in TV, newspapers and at the House of Lords. Her priority was her own brand, not the claret and blue. She appeared to treat her role at West Ham as a second or even third job.
