The sacking of Graham Potter has not resolved the real problem that saw West Ham fans issue a vote of no confidence and planned protests against the board.
At the request of the Club, the West Ham United Fan Advisory Board met with Karren Brady and Tara Warren on Thursday 11th September 2025 to discuss the letter of no confidence that the FAB had issued to the Club.
At that meeting, the following document was read out in full by a number of the FAB members.
The West Ham United Supporters’ Trust will actively support the protest this Saturday before the home game against Crystal Palace. Our members have voted categorically to support this action with members polled already voting with over 97% in favour of the trust endorsing the protest.
Following a letter shared by Supporter Representatives on the Fan Advisory Board issued to Club shareholders, a meeting was held between Club and Supporter Representatives to gather more context and background about the concerns raised by supporters.
