FAB/ISC Statement – Season Ticket Pricing for 2026/27

The West Ham United Fan Advisory Board (FAB) welcomes the changes made by the Club to its season ticket offering for the Championship next season following compressed but very detailed discussions with supporter representatives.

Throughout this process, the FAB’s priority has been to represent the interests of all season ticket holders across all price bands and to ensure that any pricing structure reflects the realities facing supporters while also giving the Club the best possible opportunity to maximise renewals ahead of next season.

Supporter representatives pushed for meaningful reductions across all price bands and categories, with a particular focus on fairness, accessibility and protecting the long-term match going community at the Club. We believe the revised structure represents progress compared to the initial position from the Club and acknowledges many of the concerns raised by supporters.

The FAB remains clear that supporter engagement must continue to be based on transparency, evidence and meaningful consultation, particularly during periods of significant change for the football club.

We would like to thank all supporters who shared feedback and experiences via the FAB ticketing working group and the FAB itself throughout this process all of which helped inform the discussions and strengthen the case put forward on behalf of the wider fanbase.
