One Club: Women’s Team Representation

WHUST along with other FAB members are embarking on a greenfield workstream to actively ensure that fans of the women’s teams are represented and heard in club decisions. Our aim is to foster a one club mentality, where both the men’s and women’s teams are proudly recognized as simply “West Ham” - not as two separate entities. This is just the beginning, and we look forward to developing this workstream further to strengthen unity and inclusion across the club.
